I've never met a company that tries so hard to deter customers.
I've called repeatedly to initiate wireless internet at my home. I was told they would need to come out to the house and test the signal. They said that someone would be out within the next day or two and I would receive a follow-up call.
You guessed it, no call. I've called again and again and each time a new excuse. Why do I even bother? We live out of city boundaries and wireless internet is our only option other than slow dial-up.
I'm hopeful that my search will soon yield a company worthy of my business.
