The Office Manager (Erin Gill) is extremely rude to the patients and staff. I've never been to a hostile office like that in my entire life. Instead of talking to the patient about billing issues, she insists on fighting with them. Not only does she confront patients in person while the office is open and the waiting room is full. She fights with them on the phone. The Front desk staff are just as crude. They need to learn how to speak to patients. Inter-personal communications should be a requirement if you work at a Medical office. Problems will not get solved with out PROPER communication.
Pros: THEY TAKE EVERY INS.
Cons: Poor work by dentists and an unprofessional staff
