On 12/8/08, I paid for a service of around 10 shirts and slacks and requested heavy starch. I get home and I see that the garments are poorly dry cleaned. On 12/9/08, I went back tot he store and I am told I need to have these garments redone. I was told ""no do overs"". So i demanded a refund. I was told ""no refunds"". What type of business accepts payment for a service, and when the service is done poorly refuses a refund and refuses to rectify the situation. I have asked to talk to the manager, and I am told there is no manager in the store. I have asked for a franchise number, and i am told no one here knows it. This unsatisfactory. Be aware of this stores business practice, for you will be ""chopped and screwed"". I was then given a customer service phone number, which I was told works out of her home, that I was told to call on Tues-Thurs between 1200pm and 200 pm. And of course, no answer. You probably wont see many complaints because the complaint department doesnt pick up the customers phone calls. I will be adding this company to my Reserve Unit Bad Business Practice List. I can insure that any Reservist in the St. Louis Area wil no longer use this rip off company.
