Best place for bike parts 7/10/2011

Anybody with a bike that lives in the Zieglerville area needs to shop at American Classic Motors. If they don't have what you need on the shelf they can get it quick. I get all my bike parts fast. They have good customer service and I recommend them! more

American classic bull@#!$ 6/7/2011

I ordered a transmission from American Classic Motors, they charged me for the transmission and the next day delivery, which i needed this part in a critical time... Tonya, the lady in charge of shipping shouldnt even be allowed to boil water.... after telling her how critical the timeline was, she continued to ship my transmission, halfway accross the united states to a different address.. and the owners answer to this was that it happens all the time!!! WOW!! then the owner continued to tell me that she would not refund my money, or shipping charge...I really need the transmission, so another gentleman named Joe got involved.... he and the owner both lied to me and told me that they changed the address, and it should probably get to me later in the afternoon the same day expected... i guess just to calm me down at the moment,,, after calling ups, ups told me a whole different story... they told me that there was no way the package would get to me the next day... it would take two days.... this company is composed of liars, and personnel that dont know how to do their job... most of all they are liars... more

Do not buy anything from this place via eBay! 10/21/2010

Essentially this dealership stole $300 from me, do NOT buy anything on eBay from these people, especially if you're out of state. I purchased via eBay a highway bar for my Victory Kingpin, they not only sent the wrong bar, the chrome was chipped off around all of the attachments. Unfortunately in an attempt to do them a favor I sent them payment directly through PayPal so they wouldn't have to pay the eBay seller fee, big mistake. I had no recourse. After some acrimonious communication I sent back the bar on my own expense but never received a replacement bar or refund. I contacted the dealership multiple times and even got my lawyer involved. Unfortunately because I am in CA I was advised that any litigation would not be worth it because it would cost more than what they owed me, but I am taking it up with the PA attorney general. more
