My project was a total outside strip of a medium size split level house, insulate the outside, new vinyl siding, soffit, gutter, and all new windows. I had other quotes and felt the price was comparable, not the lowest but the best for the timeframe when I needed the work done. Everyone was very helpful, all the crew members worked hard and the quality and workmanship was excellent. We did end up a couple day's longer than anticipated due to schedule conflicts but I was pleased the project was done start to finish in 2 weeks. I work on large construction projects for a living, and I knew exactly what I wanted which they delivered no problem. I reccomend them. more

I had an excellent experience with this company. The crew was very professional. They installed the proucts in a timly manner and in extreme adverse weather conditions. They didi a very good job of letting us know what as going on at all times during the project. Everyone we know that drives by tellls us how good our house lokos now! If the product is as good as the workmanship we are going to love this upgrade to our home for many years to come. more

I would not recomend this company at all!The contractors That came to our house to do siding and instulation, they said if they were to break anything on our property they would replace because they were insured for about 1million $, to cut to the chase I had 5 of my solar light broke in my rock garden.I had bought a pack of 8 that basically if you didn't buy that same solar lights then you didn't have matching pairs.I am a new home owner and young one at that, but I thought if they said they would replace anything they broke that they would replace, guess I was fooled... I called the center up and they told me to send a copy of my receipt to the center and they would reinburse me, so another words go and buy and they reinburse, but then I sent a copy to them and they took at least a month to even give me a call back and the contractor said He didn't do it.. so it was my word against his, which of course was his word because he worked for them so i got screwed out of alittle over a hundred for the first ones then I bought more and got screwed out of them also... so either or I lost out on the money for which they broke. Then also I went over the siding when it came spring (this was done in Dec of 07) and My husband went to knock snow & ice off the roof and there was a huge porchen of our house not done with siding which would have been not seen by standing on the ground and looking up to it, We called to have them redo that and it took them 2months from the time we called them in spring to come and fix, and another thing they guarnteed us they would pick up all nails and house and sideing pieces on our yard and there was alot sitting on our yard, so we ended up raking before it was time to rake because our yard looked like a junk yard with peices everywere including peices of instualtion... SO PLEASE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEYS WORTH AND SATISFATION OF WHAT THEY SAY GUARNTEED THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO GO TO!! BUILDING CENTER OF DES MOINES IOWA!!
