Spring Replacement 11/11/2013

A service call was made outside of their business hours. It took less than 15 minutes to receive a return phone call. They were able to come out on time as scheduled during the weekend to replace the springs that broke. more

Replaced my broken Liftmaster in a jiffy! 11/2/2013

A few years ago the spring broke on my garage door and I called America’s Best Door Service to repair it. Terry responded quickly, set a time and got my garage door working again on schedule. So when the cog on my Liftmaster broke last week, I called Terry up again. He quoted both repair and replacing my current unit. I wanted to replace it so I could go from chain to belt drive (quieter), and Terry gave me options on the ones he sells and which brands have the best quality. I ended up buying a Chamberlain online with the features I wanted. As usual, Terry arrived on time and installed it in about an hour including motor, belt, safety sensor, outside keypad, inside controller and balancing the door. The unit is working great and is much quieter now. I would highly recommend using Terry whenever you have a problem with your garage door. more

Quick - Timely - Correct the first try 11/1/2013

He took each of my calls directly. No voice mail or delays. Scheduled an appointment the same day within hours of my emergency. The installation of a completely new door opener was completed as quick as the spring he first replaced for me several years earlier. Reasonable good rates. Thanks for all your services. more

Terry showed up promply for the appointment, quickly and efficiently replaced the gragre door opener and recommended additional repairs to the bottom panel of the garage door. Even though it was an easy job, Terry took the time to ensure everything was just right. I would recommend him to anyone needing a quick repair job for a fair price. more

Great group of honest people, great service 10/16/2013

Called Terry to ask if they can do an after 5 visit and they where more than happy to accommodate me . They where on time and completed all of the service as requested. My garage door opens now as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend using them! They have amazing customer service and are very polite which is hard to come by these days. more

He does his best to get to your house as soon as possible to fix the problem. He is prompt, knows what he's doing and gets the job done quickly. I've recommended him to several of my friends if they needed their doors fixed. And, he charges a fair price for his parts and labor. I'm a very satisfied customer. more

Speedy, Affordable, Great Service 10/10/2013

Needed a spring replaced on our garage door. Called around for quotes, and Terry was the best price. When I called to confirm the appointment, he was at my door within an hour. One hour later, all work was done and the problem was solved. He even did some extra work at no cost to fix some other issues. When our current door finally meets its fate, we will definitely call Terry for a new one. I highly recommend American Best. more

GREAT SERVICE 7/2/2013

Terry provided excellent customer service to us, he arrived within the estimated time provided to us and was able to accurately pinpoint the issue with our garage and take care of it. We're in Mesquite and haven't been able to find anyone nearby to fix our garage. He didn't charge us some outrageous amount, his price was very reasonable. Call this guy if you need your garage fixed. more
