Mark's been taking care of our trees for several years, coming out every 4 to 6 months. He always takes care to trim our willow in a way that will help it grow the direction we want it to. Over the past few years we've seen success with his work and have had compliments from the neighbors on the appearance of our trees after Mark and his team work on them. Everyone he brings with him is always friendly and after they leave I notice that they've done a bit extra for me without charging me for it. As a family with a chronically ill child I appreciate the help and the reasonable rates he charges. I will continue to have Mark and his team work on my trees for many years to come. Hiring Mark Canerday was a poor choice on our part. Our front lawn and sprinkler system were layed in one day but.... for someone who does this for a living, he was a disappointment. He ordered sod for our yard, but ordered 1/3 TOO MUCH! This cost us an extra $200! Then at the end of the day he didn't even apologize! Instead he told me he would ""just take this extra sod to my next job"". I told him I would pay him $200 less in labor if he wanted to take it. Then he said if I paid him $100 I could keep the sod. No way! I stood my ground and didn't let him take the sod, nor did I pay him the extra $100 he wanted... I had already paid for it! Now, 4 out of 6 of our sprinklers aren't moving and it's taken 8 days and about 10 phone calls for him to get out here to look at them. He looked at them, said he needed to get some parts, and hasn't been back to fix it! We'll see how long this disaster goes on for. I just want it done so I never have to see this guy again! What a sleeze ball! more
