Help with GE Monogram repair 5/17/2012

Zack just left my house and I wanted to write a review and thank him for a very good service. He came on time and repaired my GE refrigerator within an hour. He also took care of my dryer and cleaned out all the lint out of it. He was very polite and knew how to treat a customer. more

THE VERY BEST! 1/16/2012

I called another company in the area to repair my appliance over two month ago. They took my cash payment and I have not heard from them again. I called a several times to find out when my washer will be fixed but was getting no where, and they didnt leave me any paperwork so i cant take them to court :(... I was fed up and decided to call around. AAR was the one I liked the most, they were very professional and understanding. They had their tech Zack come out the same day and he repaired my washer on the spot!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING AROUND, THESE ARE THE TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!! Subzero repair 1/4/2012

This company is very easy to work with. They came out to my house the same day and were able to do all the repair the same day as well. Very fast and knowledgeable. They repaired my subzero fridge that did not cool, and water was leaking in side the fresh food section. The technician was very polite and clean. more

Best Sub Zero repair place 12/6/2011

This is not my first time using AAR and every time I have used them, they have been great. This time I needed Sub Zero refrigerator repair done at my house. AAR had appointments on the same day and Alex (my favorite tech) was able to do the repair the same day too. Very good! A+ more

Zack repaired my dryer and serviced my dishwasher. Came out the same day, finished everything the same day. Very polite and likable. Great prices. more

SubZero & GE Repair 11/2/2011

I never had to call a repairman before for my appliances so I did not know where to go. I was given AAR's phone number by a friend at my office. They have serviced her mother's appliances in the past and they have done some work for her dryer as well. She told me that they were great and knew what they were doing. I called them this morning. They sent out a tech named Alex. He was very nice and knew the appliances. What was even better, he had the parts for both appliance. There weren't any major problems (thankfully), Alex replaced a temperature sensor on my oven and 2 thermistors (?) on the fridge. Both appliances are working fine! I am confident in their work, so I will recommend them and call if I need repairs more

Dryer service 9/15/2011

I used them before a few times. I had Mike repair my dryer, and Alex repair my Fridge. They are a very good company and I've been working with them for years now. They are honest and do things right the first time! The person, Steph165, sounds like a spammer or a competitor. Those reviews on yelp are for some other company, I know AAR does not rent appliances, only repair more

Great help with a dryer 8/25/2011

I live in Orange. My dryer started giving me problems about 2 weeks ago, so today I decided to call AAR. Mike was the tech they sent out to my house. He was on time, actually within 35 minutes after I scheduled with Tim over the phone. Excellent customer service and price! Mike had the parts and got the work done right the way. A+ more

Subzero and GE specialist! 5/13/2011

I was looking around for a company that could repair my both subzero and GE appliances at the same time. My SubZero fridge was making a horrible noise, and my GE oven was not holding correct temperature. I called a few places, American Appliance Repair was the one I liked the most so I scheduled with them. Alex, one of their techs, came out and repaired my fridge and the oven on the same day. He had all the with him and was done within 2 hours repairing both appliances. I really liked their service and will definitely call them again. more

Very good 2/22/2011

A few weeks ago I noticed that my kenmore dryer wasnt dryer as well as it used to. I decided to have it checked out by American Appliance Repair. I found them on google, they have good reviews by other customers so I decided to try their service first. They sent out Mike to look at it. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Very knowledgeable, you can tell. I've done about 3 loads since the repair and everything come out dry :). Problem fixed! more

Oven repair 12/17/2010

I had another company come out and look at my oven. I didnt like the service so i decided to shop around. This company was recommended by Angela Jones with Compass Property Management. They have been doing a lot of work for them. So i called them and Tim from customer service send out Zack to do a repair. They were very good! Zack was very polite and knew what he was doing. Diagnosed the problem within 20 min and was able to do the repair right the way! I paid 278.36 with parts tax and labor. The other company wanted $250 just for labor and almost another 200 for the part! more
