Brandon was super nice and gave us great service

They charge 99 dollars just to come out and then they came back with a 50 dollar part and charged us 350 dollars for labor. Are you kidding me? So it cost me 449 dollars for a new...

Electric panel replacement 12/20/2017

I had staff from American Air come put and replace the electrical panel in my condo on 12/19. The staff was very professional, explained what they were doing, and performed their work faster than what their estimated time was when starting the job. Additionally, one of the workers stayed for a short time after to attempt to help me with another electrical problem I was having that was somewhat relayed to the electrical panel. more

Service Call for my furnace 10/25/2017

I was very pleased with the service from Travis and American Air. He asked what service I had requested, then proceeded to explain what was involved and how long it would take. I did have errands to run, so he got right to work. My basement is kind of dingy, so I came down with an extra flashlight. I talked with Travis the entire time. He was very courteous, but stayed focused on the furnace. From the moment I opened my door to the moment he left and I closed the door it only took 30 minutes. Way to GO !! I paid him in cash. He even had change !! Yes, I have used AA before and would happily recommend them to others. Keep up the good work. C. Legg Columbus, OH more

Tom K. has serviced my air and heating now several times over the last few years and he is always fantastic. He is professional, personable, and polite...but, most of all, he gets the job done quickly and correctly and is trustworthy! Tom always takes time to answer my questions but never talks down to me. He is fair and does not try to sell me unnecessary services. I recommend Tom at American Air any time! more

Air Conditioner repair 9/19/2017

Matt was great, he repaired the leak with our air conditioner, taught me about our whole house humidifier and explained the difference in filters and advised I purchase a filter that pulls out allergens. He was great and so glad he responded. more

Great job fixing my AC unit! 8/24/2017

Travis did a great job fixing my AC unit. He called ahead and let me know he was coming, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed with a part from his truck and cleaned the outside unit. Very pleased compared to the company I used in the past who wanted to sell me a new unit when it's only 13 years old. more
