Best Place in town for Service 9/20/2011

I love coming here, the guys that work at this place are VERY educated, they know their stuff. They have helped me a great deal and always answer my questions without trying to over-sell any of their products. They answer you honestly and always are polite and kind when my husband and I come in. We've never had any problems at all, I'm not sure what happened to the guy who wrote the angry review but it sounds totally out of character. more

Poor customer/product support 4/14/2011

Beware: Manager does not honor long term customers or understand much about customer satisfaction. Hung up on me, when I asked for an item exchange. The ART-DNe timer came with a factory warranty, and he basically didn't want to be bothered with it. Too busy to take time for your customer? You may end with all the time in the world. more
