strongly recommend you find another business before using this company, they signed a service agreement at my home, but since they have no control over their own employees couldn't honor the contract. I signed a 2 year service agreement and due to work I could only have them come on Saturdays, which is very clearly stated on my service agreement, well all of sudden they can't honor that and I'm SOL. It is 12/10 this month and I am just now getting reimbursed 64% of the service agreement, which was 2 services per year that I signed back in July of 2008. I was also told on the phone that I should be ""happy"" that I am getting anything since their employee clearly broke their rules, and they can't control what their own employees tell their customers. They don't seem to have any customer appreciation, I was told not to worry about the money they wouldn't refund and it's the holiday season so I should be happy. Avoid, Lucas, Tony, and Billy. Rachael on the phones is great.
