I have trouble with my feet and need to buy comfortable shoes. The sales associates were very helpful and found just the right shoe for my needs. When I heard of the 5 day return policy, I was very surprised. If ""Shoes of Woe"" felt that her shoes were painful after an hour, why did she not return them for her full purchase price? I do understand that her experience was over two years ago and mine was recent, maybe the store has gotten better associates working there now. As to the price of the shoes, I noticed that they ranged from $80 and up. They are most all European and if you want a good shoe, you have to pay a little more. If you are lucky to buy from Payless, great for you. But there are quite a few of us that need a higher quality, better fitting comfortable shoe. My experience was wonderful and I recommend it highly. more
