company does not honor its contracts 1/23/2016

After several years of auto-pay, auto-delivery service, Amerigas did not deliver for over a month, in winter, resulting in our family (two young kids) being left without heat or the ability to cook, over a long weekend, in a snowstorm. They flatly refused us an emergency delivery (or any other help) over a long weekend, leaving us to freeze and starve, contract notwithstanding. Also, HEARTLESS! Please do not give this company your business. more
