Amerigas has Horrible Service 1/9/2011

We have had automatic delivery for over a year now. Apparently last April Amerigas decided that they would no longer deliver propane, but they would still send us bills. Now it is January and we are out of propane, my wife has 3 kids, all sick, and I am stationed in Afghanistan. After calling the company to find out what is going on they told us that they stopped the automatic delivery and that we had a $700 credit. They would also be glad to deliver more gas, in about 14 days or so. If you have Amerigas in Clermont County, Ohio, please switch companies. more
