I've been storing here for 3 1/2 years and love it. Miss the Old Managers but new manager is much better at prompt, professional service. Always improving. New Arm Gate (used only during business hours) is faster and more secure. After hours Iron Sliding Gate keeps facility secured. New Security Systems are Top-Notch! Lighting upgraded with high intensity Halide lights much better than before. Units retrofitted with new locks and latches are easy and much more secure than anything out there. Comparatively the prices are very reasonable for Great service, and clean safe storage. I've shopped around...nothing in the Tri-Cities compares. Pros: Clean, Professional, Secure, Very Nice Facility Cons: Big Facility but Always Full. Need to Expand. Waiting list more

We have had a unit here for over two years. Originally managed by an older couple who were both friendly, and helpful, it has been taken over by another company... an a manager who is not helpful, and decidedly unprofessional. He told us he would get back to us after a lock broke on our unit, and never did. After several calls over the next couple of days we reached him... he had gotten all the messages and chosen not to reply. He has also installed a new gate. The old gate was much more secure, especially since the new one was left wide open! Also he has raised the rents on already over priced units. Go somewhere else. It's not worth it! Pros: Large units Cons: Everything in our outside unit is covered in dust! Not really that secure. Poor customer service. Highly over-priced. more
