I went with a friend to try out a pilates class. The Pilates was great, but I discovered the TRX . What an awesome work out! Im Hooked on both! I added two classes a week to my workout routine and I have lost 14 inches! After 5 years, Finally something that given measurable results. I couldnt be happier with my routine and results. I feel stronger and healthier. If your considering a new routine, you need to check them out!
