The pizza was ordered a day in advance with the promise that it would show up at the designated time the following day. Twenty minutes after the delivery time I called to see where the pizza was and the person on the phone scrambled until they found my order and told me that it would arrive when it arrives... when I pushed asking does that mean in an hour, two hours, tomorrow I was told in an hour or so... I was feeding 9 two year olds and a bunch of parents! When I asked what happened I was informed that ""we got lots of orders!"" -- this is no way to run a business. At this point I just let it go I did not ask for a discount (even though I thought one should have been offered). The pizza arrived and one of my guest told me that the driver left me a present on my driveway. When I went out to look there was an oil slick on my driveway (no I am not talking about a few spots here and there). I called around and got quotes to clean it ($109) was told the owner Steven that he needed to rectify the situation as I have no spots on the driveway. He tried telling me that his driver had a brand new car (2006 Toyota) and that there is no way it could leak. He then tried to get me to accept $40 worth of pizza as compensation which I refused so then he told me to compromise and go meet him in the middle to fix the situation. He told me that he was being nice and that there was no way to know that his driver did it to which I informed him I had an eye witness but if that was not good enough that he was more than welcome to come and count the number of cameras that I have on my house! I have a full time lapse video recoding system that clearly shows his driver there and the before and after... Steve told me that he would call me back in a few hours and never did... The worst part is that the pizza was not even that good, I hate to say it he has lost a customer, gotten bad reviews and all of this over $100! If only his pizza was great then perhaps he could blow me off but based on the other reviews and my own experience that does not seem to be the case!
