Amazing Service and Great Deals! Amazing Experience 11/2/2011

I purchased a car from them a few years back and was extremely pleased with my experience. I was looking for a specific car and found that they had it at the lowest price. I called them up and asked about the condition and they said it was perfect. When I got there the car was perfect. They negotiated the price down for me, took my info, got financing approved, took my car for trade and I drove out a few hours later on my new car. I would recommend this dealer all day, everyday. Customer service seriously lacking 7/9/2008

just bought a car from this unprofessional dealership, to my dismay. They swindled and now owe me the payoff balance of my old loan, because it was less than they claimed it was. They lied about the warranty being ""bumper to bumper"" and they lied about the condition the car was in. They told me if I had a problem to return the car; when I agreed after finding out it needed $700 worth of work after 2 weeks, they said no way. I was harassed, screamed at and verbally abused. There is no reason for this behavior. They should not be in business. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS BUSINESS! Cons: Rude, very bad customer service, selling cars that need to be worked on, verbally harrassed more
