This place is disgusting, a disgrace and is running illegally. I have, first hand, saw the doctor smoking cigarettes in the back room of the office. It stinks terribly on the inside like a public restroom and stale smoke. Bring hand sanitizer, because the place feels like walking into a disease factory. Its gross, and if you want negligent care, go here.
