Maybe those who left good reviews are really luck. My experience is just the opposite. Frankly I have not hired amazonia to do any real job, no harm done yet. But the experience so far was pretty bad.
I have some problem with my basement and called them to set up an appointment 0n 04/09 10:00AM. Different from the other companies that called you before the appointment to confirm, I did not get any call therefore I decided to call them instead on 04/08. Ok, we will be there. This is the reply I get. So on 04/09, I waited and waited, 10 minutes, 20, 1 hour..... During that time I called their office several times, nobody answered, finally one person (Alan) called and told me, ok, somebody will call you. No call came in. I then called and ask for the number to call the inspector directly. His name is Mike. While I was telling him we were waiting. His response was ""$%# ! I I won't be there for inspection, and yelling at me, ""go find somebody else"". I can not believe that he was so rude! No apology, no explanation, nothing at all. If that person had not yelled at me, I probably would not waste my time writing this review. I fully understand that people may be late for appointment even cancel it, but yelling at me just because I called him! I was shocked. This kind of thing never happened to me! Even if he did not apologize, as long as he did not yell at me, I would not write review here.
I have not used them, and will never, because of the experience. I here see some lucky guys writing good feedback on amazonia. Fine, I am not saying all of them are fake. But a company did that to me, how good is their customer service? and how much they care about their customers and potential customers, I really doubt it. For those who wrote good reviews, it may be too early for you to say so. Lots of ""good"" insurance companies charge you less premium, everything perfect unless you have an accident and try to file a claim. If a customer is treated this way, how much they care about customers? After you paid the money, how good were their warranty?
Pros: NA
Cons: do not care customers
