This shop truly lives up to its name! My experience here was nothing short of AMAZING! John, the owner, has an impressive love and knowledge for cars. After years of struggling through the poor work quality at the dealership and then several supposed "reputable" shops, it was a relief to have my '08 BMW 335 Xi left in the capable hands of someone I could trust. My car was repaired properly the first time and the cost was FAR less than any dealer price I've received. John made a point of keeping me informed every step of the way. I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great experience at Amazing Automotive. Giovanni is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive. I had my car at two different dealers and three independent BMW shops and no one was able to diagnose my car. Since I was out of warranty I was at everyone's mercy and had to pay diag charges even though they didn't find the problem. I dropped off my car in the morning and spoke with Giovanni I tried to explain the issue I was having to the best of my knowledge. After carefully listening to my description and taking notes he asked me several questions that no one else had asked me. He again wrote everything down and I left for work. Three hours later he called me and he found the problem with my BMW which was driving me crazy for months. He had my car repaired the same day...! The best part is he didn't overcharge me like all the other shops I have had my car at in the past. I finally found a repair shop I can trust...! I give Amazing Automotive a perfect 5 star rating.
