Hair Color Disappointment 2/6/2012

New to this salon and only went due to a gift card received as a gift. My first appointment was a disaster since it somehow was never made in the stylists appointment book and was turned away for another day. Very disappointed with the end result... my new color only lasted one week eventhough I purchased ALL products suggested. Will not return -- save your money -- go to a professional shop with professional staff! more

I was hesitant in attempting a new salon, I have had some poor experiences the last few times with other salons. My hairdresser at Amanti was Melissa, she was knowledgable, and explained in detail how my hair was damaged, and how it needs to be corrected. She paid attention to detail, when applying the high/low lites. The style and cut was exactly what I needed, she explained step by step how to style my hair, and offered if I needed more assistance, to come back and she would teach me. I have had so many complements on my hair and color..all the staff was so nice, very accomondating. more

I was very at ease there, especially talking to Domenique and having delicious DD coffee...Melissa knew exactly what I needed and I was amazed at her haircutting skill...I absolutely love my haircut and will definitely be returning. more

The best hairstylist around 1/15/2012

Teresa is by far the best hairstylist around-I have been to many and she never disappoints me.She does a supberb cut and color and always makes me look amazing when I leave.I will never again go to anyone else! more

Facial experience 1/8/2012

I have a bad case of acne on my face and the aesthetician did a good job overall with my facial. She seems to be experienced and tries to make you feel relaxed while she does her magic. I wasn't to fond of the facial room, as I think its a bit too small to maneuver around, and cleanliness throughout the whole salon is a bit questionable. Some of the staff members have been polite, but others, I feel lack a bit of professionalism. The main reason I will continue going is because the aesthetician really emphasizes that she will have you looking beautiful with the results you want.... more

Great service for my facial 1/7/2012

I used Groupon and had a facial by Leigh. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I had 10-15 minute wait past my appointment time as a regular customer had a quick, last-minute, add-on service. I did see the coffee, wine, and water bar but was not offered anything or informed to help myself during my wait. The most important thing to me is thst the treatment for my facial was superior. Leigh is very professional about her work and was thorough in providing care for my face. I will be a returning customer to this establishment. more

Terrible service 12/31/2011

Got a groupon for a facial for this salon/spa and made an appointment with someone who had no idea what they were doing and scheduled my mother, sister and I along with 2 other people for the same time. When we got there we were turned away and re-scheduled for the following Saturday by Leigh. When my mother got there that Saturday morning, to no surprise, nobody was there! She waited and waited and nobody showed. Terrible service, nobody knows what they're doing, very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money. more

A very pleasant experience, Melissa was friendly and did what I asked with my hair. This was my first time there. The place was cheek & modern, they provided a nice touch of having warm towels for your head while you got your hair shampoo nice touch. more
