Good day to all users ,\r I discovered AMANTE PIZZA AND PASTA by visiting friends in Issaquah, the location is very quiet, an oasis in summer with a cozy splendid terrace ,hidden romantic place,\r their food is unbelivable delicious starting with the pizza and pasta sandwiches and their delicous tiramisu made with real lady fingers,\r all of their food id made from scratch wich gives a terrific taste and quality, everything there is excelent service very very friendly, that is why they are so busy all the time,if i am in the area there is no other place i would eat and i even take all my guests there when they visit! can't wait for my next visit, Pros: excelent food and service more

We visited friends recently in Seattle. As usual, I need my pizza and pasta twice a week, so they took us to this restaurant in Issaquah. We did not even think that there is a restaurant in that area as we were going, but can I tell you - once we got there, I was totally amazed. I loved the decor and the friendly service and then the pizza.... I cannot even tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to find Brooklyn style pizza over 3000 miles away from Brooklyn! For all of you pizza lovers ? if you ever go to Seattle, it is so worthed going just a few miles out of your way to have something real. If I have to rate this restaurant in pizza taste ? well, there is Italy, there is Brooklyn and then there is Amante Pizza, so you make the math! Our first time we order online. Saves you time. Delivery was fast, the guy very friendly.\r THE FOOD UMBALIVABLE! We order two pasta dishes; I was amazed from the quality of the food. It is really homemade. These guys are very good. On Saturday night we decided to visit the restaurant, it was packed and the phone was ringing all the time for deliveries. They are really busy; I truly believe they deserve that. The place is extremely romantic, cozy, you feel like home. There are not so many places here in Issaquah and Sammamish area like this one. They have large variety of Chianti and beers. My husband had Grolch (Holland beer) $3.00 a pint - is great beer and this is the only place in Issaquah you can have it. This is NOT TRU AT ALL!\r The Amante's managers are really nice people, extremely dedicated to there store and work. We ordered through the web site...spent an hour waiting for food to be delivered only to receive a phone call saying that we ordered for pick up....the woman on the phone, rather than rectifying the situation called my wife a liar...and then threatened to run our credit card anyways...we never had problems prior to this...but will never order from here again.....maybe a new really bad manager is in charge now? The real taste of Italy finally in Issaquah!\r \r Great pizza, service and tons of yummy choices! We have been searching for great pizza in Issaquah for a few years now and have finally found it! Issaquah's Amante has a small dinning room, very romantic, delivery is fast, and the staff is really great! \r A real taste of Italy finally in Issaquah! Thank you very much guys!\r Amante has, by far, some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten for half the price and twice the portions. There are about three locations in the greater Seattle area that I'm aware of, and while their specialty lies in delivery, there is a ""sit down"" Amante located in Downtown Issaquah. The restaurant is really cute, has small garden and it?s giving you the feeling that you are going home. So, if your thinking Olive Garden think again and get Amante...they'll even bring it to you!\r They make a great pizza and pasta and not only. Got one on the way right now! :) more

This pizza is great for those nights when you want to relax in front of the tv and have a bite to eat. I LOVE this pizza. The crust is perfectly soft and the toppings are excellent. I would recommend their pasta, its very tasty, but the pizza is awesome. We always have it delivered and it usually takes about 40 minutes to get to our doorstep. I had a calzone which was so huge and delicious, no one could believe it. Friends had a pizza. The dough in both was very tasty as was the sauce. Both obviously homemade. We had both delivered so I don't know anything about the restaurant experience but the delivery service was quick and extremely friendly. We sat outside and ordered 2 salads and created our own BBQ chicken pizza. The service was great and the pizza was amazing! You can tell that the crust is homemade and all the ingredients are fresh. I was also impressed by their large menu - pizza, pasta, calzones, low carb options, they have it all! Overall it's a great neighborhood italian/pizza restaurant. We have visited the restaurant on two occasions recently. The first visit was passable: service was adequate though a bit hurried, the food was below average with too much dressing on the salad and odd taste to the sausage in my pasta dish. On the second visit, for a late lunch, the waitress was too busy visiting with another customer (chatting of everything under the sun)and inattentive to our needs: our water glasses were never refilled, one of our order, a sandwich and soup combo, lacked the soup and the waitress seemed sourly when we requested our check after a substantial wait. We ordered pasta, a couple salads and a dessert this evening. While it only took 40 minutes to arrive, the order we received was sub par to say the least. We ordered no onions and were missing one of our salads. \r \r Normally, this would not be a big deal however, when I called to let them know (very politely) our order was incorrect and need to be repaired I was told that they could not fix it as they were too busy and our home is too far away.\r \r We are one exit away (about a 7 minute drive). This was infuriating as I had paid for something I did not receive. I could look past the onions, however not receiving the salad and having paid cash for it...I feel pretty cheated.\r \r I asked to speak with the manager after the woman I was speaking to gave me these excuses in a none too friendly manner, and was informed that this very rude and brash individual was in fact the owner. She told me the best she could do was offer me a credit for my next order and was in an obvious rush to get me off the phone. \r \r Had she been slightly apologetic and explained that she could either send the repair but it may take a while or offer me a credit to my next order, I might still be a customer of this establishement. After the service I experienced today...Romeos will forever be my Italian delivery choice. I have never been treated so rudely, especially when the company i patronized was in the wrong.
