Rent at Amador Valley was cheap; and boy, did it show. We had MAJOR plumbing issues every few months, with the last issue (a burst pipe in the attic above our apartment) resulting with the plumber sawing 5 holes in the kitchen ceiling and one GIANT hole in the bathroom ceiling, which, after a week of 100+ degree weather was ""still too wet to patch"". Also, we got a new door installed which works marvelously, except that it didn't quite fit the frame, so there have been 1x2s sticking out of it for 3 months.
Pros: Close to Target, freeways, nice landscaping in inner courtyard
Cons: Maintenance issues, management apathy
