I have been to other Amadeus Spas before and Newport Beach is by far my favorite. The customer service there is amazing and the treatments are wonderful. Other spas do not compare...

Worst

I went to this salon for a hair make-over. Wanted something new for summer. After hours, they still couldn't give me something I could live with. I complained, they kept bleaching...

Just had my first Amadeus experience. A friend told me to give this spa a try and I am so glad that I did. I had such a great experience! Everything was impeccable! I felt like the most important person in the world! I had a facial and Massage. Both were the best I have ever had! They gave me a free blowdry and makeup touchup before I left and even went to pick up my lunch for me so that I didn't have to make an extra stop since I was in a hurry. So Sweet! My Husband said I looked young! 1/30/2008

At a recent visit to Amadeus Spa in Newport Beach I tried their Echo facial for the first time. It was amazing. If you have never had an oxygen facial please give this one a try you will not be dissappointed! My husband even commented on my skin when I got home! He said I looked very young! After 40+ years of life and 3 kids I thought I would never hear those words again! Go to Amadeus! The staff was great. You will feel welcomes the second you walk into the door. Best Spa in Town! 1/8/2008

I love the tranquil and intimate enviornment that this spa creates perfectly. The staff is well trained and all so helpful and kind. You should give them a try. Pros: The atmosphere they create! Scents......Candles...Music... It's wonderful Cons: I do wish they had more products to choose from more

Such a Great Place! 12/23/2007

I had heard many things about this spa...some that were not so good...but I decided to give it a try anyway out of convienence for me. I have to say it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so wonderful. I had a facial, some waxing services and a massage. They fit me in for a free blow-dry and free make up touch up application which was great because I had so much shopping to do and I didnt have to go with messy hair or a red face! The treatments were wonderful and the staff (everyone from the front desk to the massage therapist) was so patient and kind! It was awesome! I felt so pampered! I would reccomend this spa to anyone! Give it a try! Pros: 2 Thumbs way up! Cons: Parking is crazy but It's not their fault! more

Great Hair Services! 12/19/2007

They use all Aveda hair products. The color comes out so incredibly natural looking! I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received after having my hair done here! I will be back every chance I get! I used to go to another popular spa & salon in Newport Beach (everyone know which one?) Amadeus is so much better. Very nice and very intimate. Try it! Best Facials in town! 12/10/2007

I just experienced Amadeus Spa & Salon's Echo facial and it was absolutely amazing! The weather makes my skin feel parched and all my flaws show...the receptionist I spoke with reccommended their oxygen facial for me and she was so right! I walked out with a glow that I haven't seen in years! I don't even think my pregnancy glow could beat the glow from the facial! TRY IT! Pros: Facials and customer service! Cons: They are always so busy! Book ahead! more

Great Customer Service! Great Treatments! 12/7/2007

I had my first Amadeus experience last week and will now become a regular! They turned me metro! The staff here is wonderful. I have had massages at other popular spas in the area and Amadeus is by far the best! Some of the other spa's in the area are very cluttered and the staff seems a little slow but not at Amadeus! I had a massage and a haircut and they were both wonderful! I will definetly be back! My hair stylist told me about a facial that sounded amazing so I think I will try that next! I had my hair done yesterday and it is the best color I have ever had! I have gone to many expensive places from Newport to LA and this is the best experience I have ever had! It was perfect! Absolutely Perfect! Normally my hair looks dry after but the color they use makes it completely silky smooth! I will never go anywhere else again! I also love the Rosemary Mint Hand and Body wash that I bought. It wakes me up in the morning! It tingles and it's invigorating! Try it! Pros: The Color Cons: None more

Awesome Experience! 10/30/2007

I made an appointment here last week. I had been under a lot of stress and needed a relief. I booked a massage, facial, and mani-pedi. I have been to many spas and I have to say that this was the best massage I have ever had! The other services were great also...the massage was just amazing! I was melting! I was a little uneasy about having a massage with a male therapist at first but he was so professional and I was immediately at ease. The girls at the front desk were very nice and they even helped me pick out a facial cleanser that I just love! I will be back. I would reccomend my friends! Give this spa a try. Their advertising is good but their services don't meet the expectations that their ads suggest. The therapists were average and their prices were high. more
