When I needed a garage door company to work on my Clicker garage door remote I called this garage door remote service because they had an excellent reputation in the community. They sent one of their expert techs to my home and the troubleshooting begun. Within a few moments the tech found what was wrong and made the proper repair. I cannot ask for more than that. more

Vert knowledgeable 6/13/2012

My garage door was stuck halfway and tech didn't have to come out to fix it. We just talked over the phone and he guided me on how to fix the machine. He is very knowledgeable about how the machine works and I would highly recommend him. more

I am here to tell anyone that needs new garage door springs for their garage door to call this company. They changed my torsion garage door springs for me and did a great job. They were fast but yet did a high quality job. I am so thankful to this garage door company for a job well done!! more

Use Them 9/8/2011

Last night, the metal coil that provides the tension to the cables that provide the lift to our garage door snapped. At 7pm I called Garage Master. At 9am today they were here. By 9:30 am they had fixed the door so I could get my car out and be on my way. It costs$295 to fix. This is the second time we have called them ( last for a different problem in 2006). It's not often that I have a really great home service experience but this outfit has been fabulous for me twice now. On time, professional, quick, accurate and correct work . more

The bottom panel of our garage was beginning to get moldy from all the rain. We needed to replace just the bottom panel. We called a bunch places that were reviewed on internet. tech came out quickly and was able to give us a reasonable estimate. He came back a week later and replaced the panel. The work he did was excellent. The panel matched exactly to the rest of the door. He did a great job, was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair. more

Yes I am a geek, yes I am a home owner, so when something is broken I want it fixed easily, quickly and properly. If you are having troubles with your garage door, AM PM Charlotte Garage Doors is the place to call! tech was GREAT! They recommended by my neighbor, and it was a good recommendation. Tom is the first garage door service person I'd ever encountered whom I trusted was doing the right thing for me. He delivered great, timely service, and gave me a great deal with a great warranty. I'd recommend him to my friends. more

Found AM PM Charlotte Garage Doors through just a couple of reviews that live either here, or google maps. Really happy with my experience. Spoke with him and had tech over for an estimate within an hour of my first call. Prices were right, and these guys are very easy to work with, and very professional. The work was done on time, as promised, and looks great! If you're thinking about a garage door, check 'em out. Thanks guys. more

Tom is a good guy, I highly recommend. I called him in the early morning on Sunday, he come to my house half hour after. He fixed my garage door in about an hour at a very reasonable price. He explained everything to me, and showed me the entire safety feature, something I even did not know before. and even lubed my door without any additional charge. If you are looking for someone to fix your garage, just give Tom a call, he is the best! more

Called these guys on Monday morning to fix a broken garage door that broke on Sunday. The repair guy showed up 45 minutes early and took less than an hour to repair. I'll use these guys again. more

best garage door 8/1/2011

A number of things broke on my +10yr old garage door at 2:00pm today. My car was essentially locked in the garage. AM PM Charlotte Garage Doors was there at 2:30pm. They diagnosed a pile of problems, fixed them and were done by 4:30pm. Quality work. I can't even get delivery Thai food that fast :) more
