Being locked out is not a nice feeling, so I always have a locksmith number on my phone. I called Always there security & deadbolts the locksmith came in about 35 minutes and he was very skilled, knew exactly what needed to be done to open the door. Thanks more

I needed a cylinder re-keyed, I called Always there security & deadbolt. The locksmith came a little before out set time and he started re-keying my cylinder. He did his thing and in about 20 minutes he was done . thanks for your service guys. more

Professional company 5/18/2011

Being a business owner in Queens for many years I have used many of the locksmith companies in the area. These guys by far are the best that I have dealt with. They do all of my lockouts and lock changes. I keep their cards handy at all times and recommend them to anyone who looks for a reputable company to do business with. more

When I was in dire need of having a new locking door knob put on my bedroom door to keep out insane roommates, Always there security & deadbolts came through like a champ. They were friendly, quick and efficient on the phone and the locksmith arrived w/in one hour. While I know this is his job, by arriving w/in 1 hour, installing my new locking door knob w/in 10 minutes and his friendly conversation throughout all, my stress level went down a million levels. I highly recommend them 3/8/2011

It was a Sunday 9am and I was locked out of my apartment. I called several locksmiths but could only leave messages. Called them, they answered IN PERSON, they were sorry they couldn't come for another 1 1/2 hours which was actually fine with me as I had an appointment and didn't need them to come for several hours. About 25 minutes before the appointment, they called and said they'd be there in about 15-20 minutes. Perfect. The guy who showed up was super nice, 30ish, struggled a bit with my lock (no wonder, I even struggle with it at times), but after maybe 15-20 minutes I was back in my apartment. They had to exchange the lock cylinder. All in all, they were super helpful, nice and got me back in my apartment. Best of all, they were responsive when no one else was. more

timely, honest, efficient, and worth the money 3/8/2011

This past weekend, a property that I own was broken into. 3 locks needed to be replaced. I called Always there security & deadbolts after reading reviews posted. The dispatcher answered the phone right when I called, and told me that he could be at the property in within 45 minutes. He actually arrived early, and quickly assessed the damage. He gave me options, and an estimate, and within 1 hour replaced 2 locks, drilled out a 3rd, and replaced that as well. Always there security & deadbolts was timely, honest, efficient, and worth the money. more

I have had work done in the past by this young man, and he is great. He is honest, shows up on time, gets the job done, and is very reasonable compared to other similar companies. He put in deadlocks for me and made every door in my house so that I can use 1 key to open them. I didn't know they could even do that. It even works on the garage. I have referred this young man to many others and rhey have thanked me for it. He's also great for when you lock your keys in tour car. If you ever need a locksmith, give him a call and tell him I sent ya. You won't be sorry. more

Always there security & deadbolts is the best. The locksmiths are fast, efficient, reasonable and do great work. We've had them over to both replace and fix locks and each time they are prompt and really nice. They will always be my first call if I need lock and key help. I highly recommend this service! more

Safe and Secure! 1/17/2011

Someone broke in to my house and the police said there was no sign of "forced entry" so I called some locksmiths to get my locks changed. I ended up going with Always there security & deadbolts since they had the best prices and I do not regret it at all, their service was excellent and the locksmith they sent did everything very quickly, he was came to my house in under an hour and made me feel a lot safer. more
