When you see this dealership, walk past it and onto the other lots down the street!!! They gacve us HELL purchasing a car here. Jim was unprofessional and kept shaking his head at me. I very much REGRET walking into this dealership!! more

Patrick Bransen was the salesperson I've dealt with and he was a bit spaced out most of the time. He knew a lot of the amenities about the cars on the lot; not so much anything useful on automotive technology. What he doesn't know he admits... this is a good thing. The sales manager Wilfredo Merced although a nice guy failed to deliver at least 3 promises; I fault myself for not having him place this in writing. Confronted with why he failed to deliver it's always an excuse on why someone else was at fault (e.g., the transport company was delayed, UPS is behind schedule, etc.). This attitude was epidemic, a woman at accounting blamed sales for not delivering things and deferred complaints to sales; isn't the dealership supposed to work as a team to assist the customer with purchasing? Overall, I would not recommend anyone in Southern California or anywhere else to visit this dealership. This crew at this dealership may be friendly but IMHO they're one of the most incompetent in the industry. more

I have been very pleased with my experience with Alvarez Lincoln Mercury Jaguar ZAP. They are helpful, friendly and are not pushy. I get great service and they have excellent inventory! more

Alvarez Lincoln Mercury is where my family has purchased two Lincoln Navigators and a Lincoln Continental. This place used to be the best car dealership around, but in recent years service has slowed down tremendously. It is still a good place to buy a Lincoln or a Mercury (though I'm not sure if you should want a Mercury), but just know that you will have to do soma major waiting in the service dept. later on. more
