Sam really helped me complete my sweet 16 with the amazing dress he picked out for me. He's such a great guy very nice and friendly. I feel extremely comfortable when im at the store. Alterations for my dress were done right away and everyone in the store makes sure you're happy. i would recommend Alura's to anyone because there is such a wide variety to choose from. the dresses are beautiful ! \r \r everyone didnt stop talking about my dress since the party so thankk youu so muchhhh alura's :D more

very good store if you need something and not in store sam orders it right away. prices are not that much and they are perfectly fine. sam treats customers very nice and he is fun too i felt so comfortable in this store more

I really enjoyed shopping at Alura's Bridal. I am extremly satysfied with the choice of nice dresses AB has and that they are coming at very reasonable prices. If something wasn't in stock the owner, Sam, was ready to provide me with everything I asked for. And he is not afraid of you taking pictures or of showing the dress label, he understands how important it is for the brides to be to feel comfortable and have the attention. I got married on Dec. 4, and I just want to say that Alura's Bridal is geat store. The owner is very friendly and kind with the bride and with all of my bridesmaids. Girls, I did my bridal shopping for 8 month and I never found best prices like the once that they have comparing to the brand name stores, they have the same brand name but with less cost. I also was grateful for the dead line service; everything was onetime just like I ask for. My sister got married in 2005 and got her wedding dress and bride's maid dresses there as well. I recently went back to the store to buy my wedding dress and had the best experience ever. The store owner is very helpful and their dresses are in very good in quality. Sam the owner made us custom made ties for the groom's men and was very nice to all of us.I recommand any bride to go there. more

Avoid at all cost!\r \r Extremely small unorganized store. One working fitting room and the two other fitting rooms that another bridesmaid and I changed in barely had elbow room! There were racks of dresses and all other things inside one fitting room room and the small one had a huge mirror that took up half the space. \r \r After paying the deposit on the first visit, Sam's attitude turned from tolerable to utterly HORRIBLE! Very poor customer service. Sam could not communicate what it is he really means and is awfully rude with no manners at all! \r \r OVER-PRICED alterations! $35 just to shorten/hem the dress! Left the store at 5:30pm and called them the next day at 11am to cancel the alterations but the dress was apparently cut already. Interestingly, the dress wasn't ready until after 5 business days. \r \r I live an hour away and due to traffic (took me 1.5 hrs to get there), I was going to miss the 5pm appointment to pick up the dress. Called the store at 5pm and informed them we're coming late. Wasn't too worried since the store hours was until 6pm but when we got there past 5pm... the store was closed.\r \r Our experience there was just beyond bad and absolutely frustrating! DO NOY PAY IN FULL. The owner will add additional charges after you pay in full. He says one thing and charges anyway. The owner lies about getting the dresses altered in time. The stiches in the alterations are not straight so the quality is very poor. I highly do not recommend this place. Also the additional charges are being brought up in a legal fashion at this stage. Cons: Everything about the business is poor. The biggest problem is the lies and the additional charges more
