The Hyatt at Gainey Ranch (where the restaurant is located) is a beautiful hotel, so of course the restaurant is beautifully decorated too. The servers are actually very good singers, and are prompt and willing to make recommendations. I have loved all the food that I have tried, and the desserts are especially good. This is a great place to celebrate any special occasion, and take advantage of the gondola ride even if there is a wait for it. more

Missing a lot.... 1/1/2006

Our server was extremely slow and not very knowledgeable. I ordered the veal spiedini, which looked lovely but tasted as though the chef dropped a bottle of salt into the dish. I couldn't finish the dish because it was way too salty. Go here for the ambiance and complimentary gondola ride, but don't expect knowledgeable and quick staff, nor very good food.
