I just Had Alterra come out and do their first program site visit for Pest control. Raneal C. was my Tech he was very polite and kind and informative i loved that he arrived early ! (pretty cute too :) ) My sales rep is Dallen D. Very informative and NON pushy he let me take time/few weeks to decide if I wanted to sign up and when i decided to go ahead and do the year program he worked with my sched ! more

D. Chairez came to my house on a 1st quarterly visit with knowledge already of our problems. He asked how things were going and if there were any areas I noticed that needed extra attention. He went the extra mile and rechecked areas I hadn't ever thought of for problems. Then he let me know what he found and where. Thank you for taking care of our pest problems! more

Michael K. did a great job working around our house. He took the time to ask me what I would like to see him do for my various types of pest problems. He took the time to explain the process and asked if I had any other questions. He was in the yard for about 20 minutes and came back to let us know that he was done and what types of bugs he saw and where and what he sprayed for. He even swept around the eaves of the house and got rid of all of our spider webs. He was very polite and friendly. So far have not seen any ants, wasps, or earwigs. more

Today we had Michael Kedman as our service sprayer. He did a great job, and answered all my questions. We do have 3 dogs , so I was a bit nervous on harming them. But he told me to not let my dogs out for at least 30 mins. and they would be fine. Thanks again Michael more

Michael Kidman came and treated my house today. I was concerned about the wasp nests I have, and he cleared up my concerns right away. Afterwards, he explained to me very thoroughly what he did and warned me not to let my cat out for a few hours. He was very professional and I would recommend this to a friend. more
