Chaz B came to my house and was very friendly and listen to what my problem was with the bugs in my house. He sprayed the entire house. He also made sure that the mouse traps got out to my house also. He explained what he was doing and made sure that I understood it too. more

Chaz Brantley showed up on time and was both friendly and knowledgeable about the products he was using. He was quite speedy with the service yet thorough as I followed him through the house he explained why he was using this particular chemical inside and how it complemented what he applied outside to combat an ongoing ant issue. Definitely recommend Alterra and when you do...ask for Chaz to do your service. You'll be glad you did. more

Our service pro, Chaz Brantley, arrived today to service our home for pests. He was very courteous, well-mannered, and efficient. He asked what pests were bothering us and where we were seeing them most. He said he would be sure to treat those areas thoroughly to be sure we would not be seeing them again. He kept us informed as to where he was treating and asked if there were any areas we would like him to treat that he may have missed (he didn't miss anything!!!!).\r Chaz puts the ""Pro"" in 'service pro' and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a service pro for pest treatment.\r \r Ray C. more

Chaz Brantley arrived on schedule, was neatly dressed, and was able to talk intelligently and courteously about my ant problem. He applied chemicals both inside and outside and now my ant problem has disappeared. Thanks for a great job! more
