I have a 2002 35th Anniversary Z28 Camaro I prefer to work on it myself because I do not trust anyone working on my car. But I do not have all the tools needed so I have to take it to the shop sometimes. I have had my car worked on by this shop for several different issues. They had always been honest up front and have saved me thousands of dollars. My power steering was leaking one shop told me the unit needed to be replaced this shop alternative transmission found it was a high pressure hose they replaced the hose and all is well. Another time I was told my AC unit needed to be rebuilt at a cost of $900,00 Alternative Transmission found that the problem was the lower radiator hose was leaking not the AC unit. These guys are the most honest straight forward mechanics that I have found in a long time. I do not trust anyone touching my car but this shop had the ability to take advantage of me but DID NOT!! instead they told me the truth and saved me 1200.00 dollars.? This company did a radiator repair for me and some body work The radiator was estimated at $70 and they charged $180. The body work is not finished after 3 months. The new paint is flaking off the car on the fender, the pin striping is extremely deformed, the car is scratched several places where parts were replaced, there are 'touch-up' areas where a brush was used that look bad, the fender well is falling off, the plastic piece under the wheel well is falling off and sounds like a machine gun at high speeds, scrapes, scratches, orange peel effect where it was painted, paint does not match as it should, door is missing parts, bolts are popping out, rivets were used and they are popping out, right door does not lock, and etcetera. more
