While they did show up and remove asbestos, there were to many scrapes, scratches and marks left on the walls and ugly stains on the drive. We left it they would get back to us...

After calling another company and getting a sales pitch that was more like a horror movie trailer than estimate, I decided to call one more company out. Alternative Technologies was very professional and answered my questions without scare tactics. I hired them and they were professional and ultra clean. They were a pleasure from first phone contact to final cleanup. I would recommend them any time. more

I don't usually wright reviews but most people are quick to complain and are silent when a job is well done. This company really impressed me, so I thought it was my duty to say so. They recently did work for me on a demolition project. The were not only the best price but by far the most professional of the companies I contacted. They came in on time and budget and they had a surprise inspection from the SCAQMD while they were on my job site. They passed inspection with flying colors, letting me know that I have a new abatement contractor for all my projects.\r \r I recommend them highly. more

They know their business 1/26/2012

I hired Alternative to remove asbestos that was discovered during a home inspection. We were concerned that the cost and fear factor would be a deal breaker. The did an excellent job at a price that we found reasonable. I am surprised at the negative review. While there was some tape and staple damage from the work, that was thoroughly explained to us as a necessary part of making a safe containment for the work. It was a minor inconvenience compared to the sizable project that when just a promised. Pros: null Cons: null more

Professional and Clean 12/22/2011

I was more than happy with this company. The office staff was very helpful and was all to answer all my questions with a phone call. The estimator made me completely comfortable. The Foreman and crew were very professional and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I give the 5 stars because that is all the higher it goes. Super Pleased! Pros: null Cons: null more

Clumsy damage 11/6/2010

While they did show up and remove asbestos, there were to many scrapes, scratches and marks left on the walls and ugly stains on the drive. We left it they would get back to us after looking at the damage, but never heard from them again. Not professional at all. more
