My experience with the Alterations Station on Sancus was AWFUL. I have never dealt with a staff as unprofessional and rude as the staff at the Sancus store. I took my bridesmaid dress in to have it hemmed. I told them I wanted it to be even all the way around, because it had previously had a train. I was very surprised that the alteration took as long as it did, I had to wait sixteen days to pick it up. This was a little upsetting because they charge more than other places because of their "speedy service." When I went to pick up the dress, the hem was clearly uneven. I confronted the seamstress and she told me she would fix it. After waiting another four days I went in to pick up my dress a second time. The hem was still uneven! This time it was too short on the side that was previously too long. Again, I confronted the seamstress about her uneven work. This time, she started telling me I was wrong, yanking my dress down and even yelling at me when I insisted it was uneven. I eventually got so upset I left the fitting room and asked for the manager. The manager was just as unprofessional as the seamstress! He was demeaning, rude, and clearly had no managerial skills to speak of. The entire time I was trying to talk with the manager the seamstress kept coming back into the room to yank on my dress and yell at me. Finally I got the seamstress to leave the room, and I could hear the front desk staff saying rude things about me to another customer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not take your service to the Alterations Station, I regret ever walking into that store.
