What an awful experience. The owner was extremely rude to me not once but twice!! She made me feel like my business was an inconvenience to her while belittling me in front of other customers. I would definitely not recommend this business! more

Ugh! What a waste of gas! They advertise same day hems. This is why I chose them. I even called to see if I needed to make an appoint for the hem. The lady said no, just try to get here early so you dont have to wait. I get there and the rude women working aksed me, with an attitude, if she could help me. I said I needed a hem. SHe says ""pickup wont be for 2 weeks....we're busy"". THEN DONT ADVERTISE SAME DAY SERVICE! more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT go to these rip-off's!!! The ""lady"", and I assure you i am using that term VERY loosely, was the single most rude and offensive person i have EVER encountered. She didn't even let me finish my question before cutting me off. If she had actually let me finish- she would have known that what i needed was really quite simple. And I know this because i had already taken it to another tailor who gave me a quote but i, STUPIDLY, wanted to keep my business local. What a mistake. And they have the gaul to say that is a consignment shop? The three dresses there would look fabulous- on my great grandmother... if she were not going to leave the house. So seriously, RUN away from these horrid people. In my life i have never encountered anyone so rude and clearly untalented. more
