ADT switched billing to Defender Direct, they turned around and raised the price of the service and auto debited an account that I used to pay for the initial installation months ago. ADT was billing me originally from another account per my request. Billing was going along just fine until without any warning, Defender Direct started billing. They double billed me for more money that I was supposed to pay for two consecutive months out of an account they where not supposed to bill.
It has been a nightmare. ADT was and continues to also be very rude and un-helpful. Don't allow this company to auto debit your accounts!
