Steven and his assistant Dwayne did a great job fixing my garage door. Yesterday I was quoted an exorbitant price to fix my "minor" problem by another repair service. I was really given a hard sell and I thought my garage door was really in bad shape. Steven came out, told me my garage door was fine and had my door fixed in no time for far less than what the other guy was going to charge me. Steven is honest. I highly recommend him more

I have two garage doors. The one on the right hasn't worked since I bought my house. The one on the left worked, but my car was pretty crappy and my garage was full of junk so I never used the garage for parking. Well this past October, I bought a new black Honda Insight. And yes, buying a black car in my town might not have been the smartest choice, but it was a good deal. The biggest problem is I have an oak tree over my driveway and if I park in my drive way, my car ends up being yellow from all the pollen. So, I cleaned up my garage and started using my garage door. The garage door worked for a few months and then it suddenly quit. The motor was 23 years old, so I guess it had a good life. I called up Albert at this garage door repair company. He told me what motors I should buy and quoted me on how much it would cost for him to install. The installation took about 2 hours. Now I have two working garage doors, with belts instead of chains so I won't wake up the neighborhood when I get in late. Albert helped me set my keypad and explained how all the new parts worked. My old doors were so old I didn't even have the sensors. All in all, it was a nice, quick job at a reasonable rate. Also, if you can't get Albert on the phone, you should shoot him a text. more

Everything was great, from the first phone call we made to ask for an appointment, to the diagnosis and estimate, to the installation, and now we are happily using our new garage door opener. Steven found a crack in our old opener--a pretty serious problem--and we are certainly glad that we have followed others' reviews/recommendations and contacted this garage door company The installation was done on a Sat., and the estimate held true that we didn't pay anything more. Steven is not only honest, but professional and patient, explaining the issues and process thoroughly. A trustworthy contractor! more

My garage door is incredibly loud and it has been bothering me a lot for a while (my room is above the garage). I finally decided to call someone about it, and I am so glad I did. Steven was just here and showed me how the door was installed incorrectly in the first place (there were several screws missing and the track was tight on one side). Anyway, he lubricated all of the joints and springs, realigned the track, added the screws and probably did other stuff that I don't understand. :) Now my garage door is 10x quieter. He was also just so professional and nice, showing me how to lubricate everything 4x/year to keep it quieter. I would highly, highly recommend Steven and his company. more
