GOOD SERVICE-GOOD QUALITY 11/12/2010

We have used ALSCO since 2007. We and a rough 1st year. New manager came in 2009 and now we haven't had any serious issues. We actually have his cell number to ensure he knows of any issues we might have. He does answer his cell on weekends just as he promised us he would. If your in need for uniforms, mats, towels a or linens I would recommend ALSCO. Great thing is they are local. They have changed. Give them a try. more

No problem, we like the service. 5/10/2010

We have used Alsco since 2007. We have experienced very good service. The manager is a very personable guy, easy to work with. If ever an issue he is there for us. The drivers are very nice and consistant with meeting our needs. Pros: Great people, steadfast service Cons: Seems to be unable to retain good drivers we get use to more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 7/22/2008

We have been a client of Hamilton for a year and a half now. We run out of linnens every week, they do not maintain inventory. If you want nice people with inconsistant service this is your place. Everyone there is great, they will smile and treat you like gold, but when it comes to product don't count on it. You will also find faded, lint covered and damaged linens here. Oh and when you run out of linens because they did not leave you the proper inventory they will also charge you an emergency delivery and fuel fee. This is a horrible company to do buisness with! Pros: nice people Cons: inconsistant, poor quality more
