I have a 100 yr. old 5x10 Brunswick Snooker table. It was my Dads table in Oklahoma. It was difficult to get anyone with experience to install it with new cloth. I had to send home the first two crews I hired on craigslist because they didn't even know the the correct rail assembly nor could draw the pattern in which the balls are racked. He was highly recommended by people I called for references including many great reviews on Angieslist. As for phone etiquitte, I can't imagine him being rude. I mean this guy has children at West Point and Yale U. more
