Dont believe the first few reviews, shop personell keep covering bad reviews with good reviews. These guys are scum, they had me sign a work order up front and used it to collect over $2000 in charges from my Insurance Comapny and because i have policy limitations i was responsible for most of the charges when my car was totalled. Adilio didnt care and should be ashamed, thes BMW for reffering me to the worst shop i have ever dealt with. DONT USE THEM!! more

They took too long to get my car fixed and kept telling me different days! almost 2 months later i got it back and the paint doesnt match horrible job! i DO NOT RECOMMEND this place more

Just got my car back from al's body shop, the car was done before it was promised and the quality was impecable. The insurance company told me to take it to one of there shops, but Nick Alexander Bmw told me to take it to Als' body shop. I cant believe what a great job they did. I am a single mother and am always afraid of being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs on my car. Not only did they text me and email me 3 times a week on the status of my car, but it was ready before they promised it. During the repair process they gave me step by step detail explanation on what they were doing. I no longer feel nervous about having my vehicle repaired. Only if I fix it @ Al's body shop. You guys are the best and it was worth the drive. (THANK YOU Al jr) more

In July i got into a car accident, my brand new 540 BMW was rear ended. My insurance company Mercury referred me to Al’s body shop in Huntington Park to repair my car. Since they work directly with Nick Alexander BMW, and they are a Mercury certified shop, I did not want to take my car to any other place. As soon I walked into the shop I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile, and my estimator Edileo soon after came out and helped me out with my car. I was very upset that I was in an accident, and I am very protective of my car, Edileo made me feel good about leaving my car at his shop, I knew it was in good hands. During the time my car was in the shop I was updated every day with a text message or a phone call, on the status of my car. The ETA was met right on time and they gave me my car spotless and in perfect condition. It didn’t even look like it was in a collision. From then on out I will not take my car anywhere else. I live in Brea, and the drive is worth getting my car fixed the right way. Ever since I got my car back, I tell everyone to take their car to Al’s Body Shop of Huntington Park. I am very happy with the work done. Thank you Edileo and Al’ Body Shop!!!! more
