They all care about 7/15/2014

They all care about animals and their families. Being low income and having to perform a very expensive surgery on my dog Kanelo, Dr. V understood and try to make payment arrangements that I still could not afford, BUT went out of his way to find me a place that will do it for less and with payment arrangements!! more

I adopted a special needs kitty 6/25/2014

Dominic was extremely polite and helpful both on the phone and in person. He took time with me, he was patient and enthusiastic about his products even though I am from Elk Grove, I will drive the extra distance. more

The nurse came up 6/4/2014

The nurse came up immediately to take her back for x-rays. The receptionist got off the phone and told me that Dr. Virk canceled his lunch and would be here in no more than 15 minutes and He walked thru the back door in less than 10. He was fast, efficient and concerned about the welfare of my neighbor’s dog and puppy. The nurse had everything all done before he came in the door just a few minutes after taking her back. more

They told me that Dr. Virk was on lunch and wouldn't be back for about 2 hours but they would give him a call so he was aware of the situation and tell the tech in the back that there was an emergency. They offered me a bottle of water and couldn't have been any sweeter!! more

I have known Dr. Virk for 15 years and I am amazed at his genuine heart every time. I do a lot of rescuing and at times it is difficult to make ends meet. Dr. Virk has always understood that and him and his staff have always put the animal’s needs and health first before anything else. more

I honestly couldn't ask for a better person to care for my pets. The staff has always been welcoming and kind when I walk thru the door. The staff has also always accommodated my schedule and needs without hesitation. more

Happy People 4/4/2014

I have to say that I love Alpine Veterinary Hospital. Every time I call there is always a happy person on the other end. They are so accommodating and they care about my animals. Dr. Virk is so kind and very gentle with my dogs. I never feel like they are doing any unnecessary tests. He really listens to what I have to say. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, to all the staff at Alpine. You are the best!! more
