Alpine Specialty Cleaning

Such nice people…but the beauty of our carpet was destroyed.\r \r We purchased our carpet at a factory in China several years ago. It was exquisite. Made entirely of hand tied silk, the colors were subtle and beautiful. Sky blues, delicate peach tones--it was a treasure and much admired by many who saw it. In contemplating having it cleaned we talked in advance with the folks at Alpine. They told us that they are experienced in cleaning silk carpets and they would know just what to do to get it clean while preserving the delicacy and beauty of a silk carpet. \r \r When we returned to pick up the carpet we were shocked. When the carpet was unrolled it looked like a steam roller had driven over it! It looked like it had been crushed and the beautiful colors were gone. The blues were now gray, the peach tones had been dulled down to dingy looking brown. The carpet had no life. It looked old and plain with no beauty left. \r \r The staff at Alpine were very nice and very concerned. They said they would re-steam the carpet to get the loft back and when the loft came back the colors would come back. But when we got the carpet back nothing had changed. It used to be so beautiful. Now it is not. Such a shame.\r more

We recently had our carpets cleaned again by Alpine. They did an amazing job. We have used them for couch cleaning and blind cleaning as well. Very easy to get scheduled. Technicians are professional and we would use them again for sure. As with any company ask questions when scheduling, so you know what the charges will be and what is agreed upon to be done. You won't be disappointed! more

I very rarely write online reviews, so it takes a truly amazing company to get me to write one. I've used them several times for couch cleaning and once for duct cleaning. They have been punctual and friendly and did an incredible job cleaning my couch. As a mom of two wild boys, my couch has seen some use and abuse, but after cleaning it looks like new. Also being a family of allergy sufferers, it's important that our ducts and furnace are cleaned well. Again Alpine delivered with thorough cleaning of all of our duct work. I love that the company uses eco friendly products, so I don't have to worry about the chemicals my family is being exposed to. Overall, excellent job Alpine. I will be using them in the future. more

In February my dog threw up on the couch. I rushed the pillows to Alpine and they cleaned up beautifully. Later that month I had Alpine clean my carpet and the rest of the couch. They gave me a fair price.The guy showed up exactly on time and was very nice and efficient. I also had them clean my hunter douglas silhouette blinds and hone comb blinds. They were picked up and rehung 2 days later. They , look great and I was a little worried as they are over 10 years old. .\r I did have one problem. A stain appeared after a few days on the carpet. I called them and they had the tec out to re-clean the area the next morning he also volunteered to check the rest in case I had missed something. It was the original tec that had cleaned the carpet. He seemed glad I had called, no grumbling about having to come back Very professional. . I highly recommend Alpine. more

Alpine came out to clean my carpets last week, and the tech that they sent out was so nice, he helped me move my furniture, he wasn't trying to push me into buying any extras, and he made sure I was happy before he left! more

I called last week to schedule a housecleaning appointment, the woman I spoke with over the phone was very nice, she listened and gave me all of the prices with no pressure to schedule. more

We have not used a housecleaning service before. It was so wonderful coming home to a clean house! They did a great job and we are definitely thinking about doing this on a regular basis! more

Really outstanding house cleaning staff, from your phone reps who handle last minute rescheduling requests with a smile in their voice (while secretly gritting their teeth, I'm sure), to the cleaners themselves who always do a great job! I've used their monthly cleaning service for a year now and am always very pleased. It's more expensive using a cleaning service as opposed to an individual, but I like that I don't have to worry about staff getting sick or quitting. Everyone is always very professional and seems to take pride in their work. I've had to cut other things out of my budget, but house cleaning is staying! more

Their gals recently came to my home for the ""cleaning for a reason"" program as I am currently undergoing chemo. I wanted to thank them so much for this amazing gesture and being part of this very helpful program. I have three young children and keeping on top of cleaning my home during this challenging time has been a struggle. Their women did an amazing job, were very progressional and effecient.
