I had a great experience with Alpine Heating & Cooling. They installed a furnace for me and were basically in and out of here. It was easy to set the appointment, they did a good job, and cleaned up after. Everything is working fine so far. I would recommend them. more

We've had a great experience working with Alpine Heating & Cooling. They typically do burner services for us, but recently installed a new boiler. Dave and Larry helped with the installation. They were excellent craftsman, really professional, and great to work with. The pipes were installed nice, straight, and I was really impressed. I would recommend them. more

Working with alpine was very refreshing. I called alpine after purchasing my first house that needed Work . As a result I interviewed a number of contractors leaving each interview feeling like these Contractors was out to get over on me. I realized the prior contractors was not listening to me, it was all a sells pitch; Not to mention the General I hired was a total regret (I wanted to fire him after the first 3 days). Consequently, I searched the internet for customer reviews and found Alpine heating and cooling based on the 5 stars with more than 20 reviews( I figured they couldn’t all be lying). For this reason, I called Alpine and Mike came for the appointment. Mike, was real easy going and did not make me feel pressured to buy the most expensive package he listened to what I needed and my budget and gave me the option that was in my best interest. Mike was the only contractor who made my aware of the great program energize Ct offered (zero interest rate conversion program). Mike not only gave me the info he got me approved, Plus got me a rebate! Mike and his team came in 12/10/14 8am, by 6pm I had a new Alpine Boiler and water heater! I was very satisfied when my heat came right on, my house went from freezing to cozy in a matter of 15 mins! My experience gave me a better understanding of what quality service is, Alpine heating and cooling is the definition of GREAT customer care! As of today when it comes to heating and cooling ,Alpine heating and cooling will be the first company that will come to mind ( I would certainly refer a friend or family member to Alpine)! Alpine gave us the best of three quotes for a mixed ductless and new ducted central air system, got the job done quickly, and things work great. There were no surprises or extra charges at the end. Very pleased, will recommend. more

I did quite a bit of research, Mike had the best combination of price and service. Four days later, Larry and David installed our new furnace within 6 hours. With no mess or any problems. Although it might not be the end of the world to lose your central air, when ours died during the recent heat wave, we were not too happy. As the temperature and humidity were gearing up for another swipe at the record, our AC breathed its last. No one we called even got out to look at the project before Alipne (Krall-Vadney) came out, recommended a system (old one was from 1980) and installed it. They did a very good job and we are happy with the result. more

Clean and quick install of a replacement 5ton AC unit. Mike is a pro and the crew was knowledgable and did quality workmanship. This project could not have been done better . more

Have to agree with all of the other reviews re Mike is a nice guy and very knowledgeable and honest. The installers came out and did the job the day of a snow storm which greatly impressed me. After installation there was a problem ( a part burned out I think) which they had to return and replace. The only drawback was, they could only come out during morning until mid-afternoon, so I had to go a few days w/o heat because I work during the day and had to take a day off so I could be home for them to come. I wish they could have extended their work hours. But that aside, they came and replaced the part and everything has been running fine since. I would like to thank Alpine for the very nice package of brownies sent to me as a thank you. I say thank you back! more

As much as I dreaded the realization that I needed a new furnace, this company made the process easier to handle than I could have ever imagined. Mike came to my home the day after I called for an estimate and was the lowest quote by hundreds. He answered numerous phone calls with kindness and humor. His team of men came for the installation all neatly dressed, in happy moods and were even heard to be singing in the basement! They cleaned up every scrap of debris and I noticed they even cleaned up a pile of dust I had swept together while preparing for them to arrive! Highly recommended. more
