Alpine Glass Wants to Burn Down Your House! 12/2/2011

I went to Alpine Glass to replace the glass in a fireplace door. About a year later, the glass blew out of the door. Come to find out, they put in NONFIREPLACE rated glass in the door! Could have burned down my house! Thinking they would gladly fix the mistake they made, I went back to them. I was wrong. Instead I was told that they would have never installed the wrong glass, and without my receipt, I would have to replace the glass myself. HUH?!?! This WAS the only glass shop I used. Not any more. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GLASS COMPANY THAT DOESNT MIND BURNING DOWN YOUR HOUSE, GO ALPINE GLASS. more

Honest help with windows 10/28/2005

I had to replace a window in my screen door and these guys went all out to make sure I got the right type and size for my particular door. Many businesses would have just let me walk out the door with anything. I got a good recommendation and some choices, which made it an extremely pleasant and helpful experience overall. more
