I completely DISAGREE with pdxtennisnut! I have done business with the owner for over 40 years, and have never seen him be rude or standoffish to a customer. He is extremely polite, professional, and easy to deal with. Since the 1960's, I have watched him buy hundreds of coin collections / accumulations , and have never seen him pay less than a fair price, or take advantage of anyone. Think about it - a business won't survive for 40 years unless their customers are treated honestly and with respect. Yeah, I guess that is ""old school"" - but I wouldn't have it any other way. Bottom line - If you are buying or selling coins - and want to be sure that you will be treated fairly - this is the place! Pros: Great inventory - lots of books and supplies. This is a nice shop with lots of light and good display cases. Very ""old school"", they don't take credit cards and even use crank handle adding machines to total up your purchase. Pros: Knowledgeable and fair Cons: Not overly friendly or helpful to a ""newbie"" more
