My husband and i recently decided to refinance our home. We were working with a private lender and had an over 8 percent interest rate. We started working with Blaine, who was extremely professional, and yet down to earth about the whole process. I had loads of questions....he answered them, and we decided to go through with the process. We now have a 5 percent interest rate and our payment has been reduced by about $250! i dont have any regrets and the process was extremely easy for us! i would definitely recommend working with Alpha Mortgage...ask for Blaine! more

We obtained financing for our new home through Blaine Newsome at Alpha Mortgage and he truly exceeded our expectations. The process was flawless and he kept us in the loop the whole time. Blaine made the refinance of my condo go smoothly with little work on my part. He was dedicated to finding me the best deal and was patient when trying to help me to understand the process. When the rates were right and I was finally ready we closed within a few weeks.\r \r I would highly recommend Blaine and Alpha Mortgage!\r Pros: works hard to get you the best rates Cons: no complaints more

I had a ton of questions before deciding to refinance. Blaine was available all the time to answer questions-even on his vacation!!! Great to work with...deal went thru beautifully and at a better rate than I expected 9/12/2007

I had done a mortgage with major bank mortgage lender before and I have to say Alpha beat them hands down on the purchase of my new home.\r \r They made the process easy and I got a great rate (6 5/8) in the middle of the mortgage market meltdown we are currently going through (8/07).\r \r Troy & Sarah were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recomend the team at Alpha Mortgage. Pros: Easy to work with, clearly explain options, great rate and reasonable fees Cons: I was totally satisfied...no complaints more
