Good quality for the price: They made it very relaxing and simple, I was given the run around with other dealerships because of my credit but at Alpha they made my life easy, and now I have my nice car. I also got warranty with it so I have peace of mind. I wish all dealerships did business the same way. The financing officer was great and explained a lot about how it would help me if I pay on time. My visit to Alpha Automobile Sales was one of the most gratifying business transactions that I have ever experienced. In addition to assisting my son in purchasing his car, the owners provided professional insight, guidance, and useful information above and beyond my expectations. After the car was selected and test driven, adequate time was allotted to fully explain every aspect of the contractual financing agreement. Each form was clearly explained and all questions were fully answered. Best and Reliable cars, They have nice used cars in Excellent condition.They got all Makes and Models so its a ONE STOP SHOPPING. They also offer warranties on all cars no matter what the miles are. Very well pleased with the service. more

I am very satisfied 10/1/2010

I am greatful and thankful for treating me with great respect though I have horrible credit because of my EX. BUT -I got me a car and now I can establish my creidt because of Alpha. I am very satisfied with the nice car I got. My sales persons name was Danny, he was awesome, and the finance manger explained the whole thing nicely. The paper work was long but I am glad I went to Alpha auto sales on Johnston street. I will be sending my friends too over there. more
