I had 3 other AC repairmen come over to give a quote on new compressor and condensor coil unit. Alonso came over and very assuredly quoted me a price at least $2000 less than the competition. He doesn't do any extraordinary markup. He diagnosed the problem and when it had problems, he came over again on 2 separate occasions to diagnose the problem. We ultimately needed to get a new A/C unit, but again, I did not feel he was trying to force a sale. He actually got me a new unit at cost. Pros: Gets the job done with no fuss or fight. Saves you money. Would use again Cons: Slow to return phone calls more

I called Mr. Alonso based on the one recommendation someone else had left before me. What a breath of fresh air! He was here in a little less than two hours, diagnosed the problem, and called me within two days to let me know what the cost of a new compressor would cost. I was amazed that the price was so Pros: He owns his own business. No costly overhead on advertising or fleet maintenance! more
