I've been having a growing knee issue for a few years that is inhibiting my ability to perform certain postures in yoga. Last couple months it's been really aggravated causing pain while walking too. I've had adjustments, massage work., taken supplements, looked at the emotional reasons for a flailing knee, and chalked it up to aging.
then I went to see Dr. Craig. I've had 2 adjustments to my knee, ankle and foot along with deep massage to my leg muscles... resulting in less inflammation. No pain in yoga today and YES! I was able to do the stretch's and poses that I wanted to. I'll be back for more.
